ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building an AI-powered system for go-to-market workflows. You will shape customer-facing product experiences that connect data sources, sales sequences, and AI agents, working closely with the founders and shipping improvements regularly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve the sequence and enrollment experience, including per-lead customization, multiple senders, and conditional branching.
- Develop AI agent features that research, draft, and enroll on behalf of users.
- Create evaluation and observability tools that help customers understand and trust AI-driven workflows.
- Bring existing features to production-ready quality across the frontend, backend, and deployment pipeline.
- Work directly with customers in real-time channels to turn requests and feedback into product improvements.
- Partner with the founders on product direction and make thoughtful design and usability refinements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to four years of experience building and shipping production software at early-stage startups.
- Full-stack production experience with Next.js, React, Python, and FastAPI.
- Experience taking customer requests from interface design through backend implementation and production deployment.
- Experience building and shipping features with Supabase or a similar backend-as-a-service platform.
- A degree in data science, computer science, industrial engineering, or operations, or equivalent professional experience in these areas.
- Comfort working directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvements.
- Side projects, open-source work, or a GitHub portfolio that demonstrates rapid iteration and practical Python problem-solving are valued.
- Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early hire at a startup is a plus, as is a portfolio showing strong product and engineering craft.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $150,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
