ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage cybersecurity team building a platform to secure and control enterprise AI. In this customer-facing engineering role, you will work closely with enterprise security and IT teams while building product capabilities that help meet growing demand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run customer deployments and pilots, debug integrations in customer environments, and lead technical sessions with security and IT teams.
- Build product features and integrations end to end using Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Own a broad range of hands-on engineering challenges across a fast-growing product.
- Turn customer feedback into product improvements and deliver them back to customers.
- Shift focus as needed to address the team's most important priorities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to five years of experience as a forward deployed engineer or software engineer, with a track record of shipping production software in a high-bar engineering environment.
- Customer-facing engineering experience, such as forward deployed, solutions, sales, founding engineering, or technical account work.
- Experience with at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript, plus knowledge of architecture, databases, and scaling.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise IT is valuable.
- Experience across a mix of employer types, including startups or other companies beyond large technology firms.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $187,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
