ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Develop AI research pipelines that turn interactive, session-based model research into continuously running infrastructure.
  • Create A/B testing frameworks for pricing and improve bidding system throughput.
  • Build AI-powered operational systems for automated triage, production incident response, and model drift detection.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Three to ten years of post-graduate software engineering experience, including experience at high-growth startups or strong engineering organizations.
  • Experience in platform engineering and designing and operating data-intensive production systems, ideally with Python.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning, data pipelines, real-time systems, and agentic AI developer workflows.
  • Strong data intuition, with the ability to use data to inform pricing or product decisions.
  • A record of career progression, sound technical judgment, and willingness to challenge decisions constructively.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and an interest in live events such as concerts or sports.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
