Founding Deployment Strategist

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI company focused on performance marketing as its first dedicated customer-facing deployment hire. You will take over deployments from the founders, advise high-growth consumer brands on advertising strategy, and build the processes and team that support this function as the company grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage customer accounts end to end, including weekly calls, customer materials, and performance presentations for senior executives.
• Explain AI-driven advertising actions and recommendations, and bring customer business context back to the system.
• Analyze advertising performance, audit accounts, and turn detailed metrics into clear executive-ready insights.
• Make hands-on changes in advertising accounts when needed to address gaps or improve campaigns.
• Develop deployment processes and playbooks, with the opportunity to hire and lead a team as the function expands.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Three to fifteen years of experience, including consulting experience and work related to advertising or performance marketing.
• Substantial hands-on performance marketing expertise beyond general digital or brand marketing and advertiser relationship management.
• Experience analyzing campaign data, auditing accounts, and applying sound judgment to performance.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, advertising platforms, data analysis, and AI tools such as Claude and Codex.
• Experience using AI and developer tools to build or automate workflows.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-agency startup role.
• Work authorization that does not require employer-sponsored visa support.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
