ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team delivering AI-powered workflow automation for enterprise customers. You will own strategic deployments from the first pilot through production scale, bringing customer goals, commercial outcomes, and technical delivery together.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial engagements, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex pilots.
- Understand customer processes, align stakeholders from operations through executive leadership, and define measurable success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to launch pilots and expand successful solutions into production.
- Manage change, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment across stakeholders in complex customer environments.
- Identify expansion opportunities and guide accounts from initial deployment toward broader adoption.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to seven or more years of experience across top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience directly managing enterprise relationships, ideally including large, complex organizations and senior stakeholders.
- A track record of leading deployments from problem definition and business case through pilot delivery, measurable outcomes, and production scale.
- Commercial experience scoping and closing enterprise engagements or owning account targets such as expansion, renewal, or pilot conversion.
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and operational execution skills.
- Technical fluency to understand AI-enabled workflows and engage with engineers on implementation without needing to be an engineer.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
