Original job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a growing engineering function deploying multimodal, agentic AI systems into production for insurance claims workflows. You will own customer deployments from initial scoping through go-live, while shaping the product with insights from real-world use.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead customer deployments end-to-end and serve as the primary technical contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Build trusted customer relationships, understand business challenges, and align priorities for AI adoption.
  • Design, build, and iterate on AI agents using prompt engineering, model integrations, and rapid prototyping.
  • Scope and develop product features that help customers scale and improve claims outcomes.
  • Integrate the platform into customer environments by working directly with technical teams on APIs and systems.
  • Coordinate with the core platform team and share deployment insights and best practices through internal playbooks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2 years in forward-deployed, customer-facing, founding, or software engineering work with substantial customer interaction.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, cloud platforms, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development workflows in day-to-day engineering work.
  • Ability to build and manage customer relationships, own deployments, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems and working directly with customer technical teams; insurance or claims technology experience is relevant.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
