Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team building AI-powered automation for complex enterprise workflows. You will partner closely with customers to understand critical processes, deliver production software and automation, and help transform how organizations operate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with customers to map complex processes into clear, actionable steps.
• Build robust automations using an AI-based programming language.
• Design and implement reliable solutions that can scale.
• Collaborate with customers to iterate on implementations and support adoption.
• Expand deployments from pilots to full production use.
• Document deployment practices to improve future customer implementations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Two to eight years of software engineering experience, with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Experience shipping a full-stack application end to end and writing code regularly in a professional role.
• Forward deployed, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering experience that includes hands-on software development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of outcomes, and solving ambiguous problems.
• Interest in customer partnership and business processes, alongside practical software engineering skills.
• Experience at an early-stage company or in a founding engineering role is valuable.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: $160,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
