ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team building AI-powered automation for complex enterprise workflows. You will partner closely with customers to understand critical business processes and deliver reliable software solutions, from discovery through production rollout.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Break down complex customer processes into precise, actionable steps.
- Build robust automations using an AI-based programming language.
- Architect and implement reliable solutions that can scale.
- Work with customers to refine implementations and support adoption.
- Scale deployments from initial pilots to full production use.
- Document deployment practices and improve how future customer solutions are delivered.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to eight years of software engineering experience, with strong engineering fundamentals.
- Experience shipping a full-stack application end to end, including writing code regularly in customer-facing engineering or solutions roles.
- Forward deployed engineering experience that combines hands-on software development with customer partnership.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, including at a startup or in a role beyond large technology companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extensive customer interaction experience.
- A record of ownership, initiative, and delivering business outcomes, with the ability to work across engineering and functions such as product, sales, or growth.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California.
