- Guide product and engineering decisions with practical experience in construction planning and execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of your day-to-day work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Eight to twelve or more years of construction project management experience, including both planning and field execution.
- Experience managing complex construction projects across the United States, from planning through completion, and managing project managers.
- Background with a general contractor and experience beyond exclusively on-site superintendent or field execution roles.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools, 3D modeling or BIM software, and AI systems or tools is useful.
- A civil engineering or construction management background is relevant.
- Based in the United States and able to work in person with the team in San Francisco approximately one week per month.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available.
