ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for strategic enterprise customers. You will own hands-on implementation from scoping through evaluation, helping customers deploy reliable agents while sharing feedback that improves the platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and execute end-to-end AI agent builds, from systems design and requirements gathering through implementation and evaluation.
- Partner with customer technical stakeholders to define success criteria and translate needs into practical build plans.
- Configure agent components, implement integrations, and validate that agents perform reliably at scale.
- Work with product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to surface delivery gaps and inform platform improvements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least one year of relevant experience, or strong software engineering fundamentals supported by a highly regarded technical degree.
- Experience shipping technical solutions end-to-end for customers, with clear and polished communication.
- Proficiency writing Python and experience building with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.
- Experience working with APIs and building integrations, ideally in a technically complex B2B SaaS environment.
- A computer science bachelor's degree or equivalent technical foundation, plus evidence of strong performance in prior work.
- Interest in a customer-facing technical delivery career, rather than a transition path into a software engineering role.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: CAD $150,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
