Agent Deployment Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own hands-on implementation from scoping through launch and iteration, helping customers achieve reliable, high-quality results while informing improvements to the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead customer AI agent builds from initial requirements and success criteria through deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Translate customer needs into structured build plans and configure agent workflows and related implementation artifacts.
• Build and validate API integrations with enterprise systems, such as ticketing, CRM, and data platforms.
• Test agent behavior, troubleshoot implementation gaps, and iterate toward production-grade reliability.
• Partner with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams.
• Share customer feedback and technical findings to help improve agent-building tools and processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, implementation engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for customers end to end, including structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.
• Ability to write code, including Python, and experience working with APIs and building integrations.
• Background at a technically complex B2B SaaS company and experience with enterprise integrations and related security or compliance considerations.
• Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.
• Clear, polished communication and strong technical problem-solving skills, supported by a strong computer science foundation or equivalent experience.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
