ABOUT THE ROLE

Own and grow a greenfield Texas territory for a construction technology platform focused on visual progress tracking. This full-cycle sales role is central to expanding the product's adoption among general contractors, with support from business development, marketing, and customer success teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build pipeline and close new business with general contractors in Texas and across named national target accounts.
Self-source opportunities through outbound prospecting, phone outreach, job site visits, industry events, and lunch-and-learns.
Make 50 to 100 outbound calls per day and work with business development and marketing to set meetings and develop pipeline.
Manage pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, targeting 5 to 7 closed-won deals per month.
Use a land-and-expand approach to grow adoption across multiple projects and collaborate with customer success on account growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Four to eight years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including new business sales to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Established relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 general contractors and experience selling into the construction industry.
A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota, self-sourcing pipeline, and pursuing outbound leads in named accounts.
Experience with multi-threaded sales cycles and opportunities beyond transactional, short-cycle SMB deals.
Experience at an early-stage startup and proficiency with HubSpot; familiarity with Nooks or AI sales tools is useful.
Based in Texas, authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and able to work in a hybrid setting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $125,000 to $140,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid, based in Dallas, Texas.
