True Progress Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

• Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with part-time opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the home, school, or other approved settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress and behavior.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience providing ABA therapy and working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and dependability.
