Quality Assurance Inspector / 3rd Shift

Malvern, PA

Hourly Rate: $17.00-$19.00 plus $1.00 differential for 3rd shift (Depending on Experience) MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THIRD SHIFT (11:00pm-7:00/7:30am)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support various GMP regulations with primary focus on process inspections of manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes
• Complete Incoming Quality Checks and record results
• Communicate issues/failures with the line supervisors and QA Manager
• Review and approve batch records, line clearance, and 1st quality checks/ samples
• Accurately document weights and measurements to ensure they meet P & C guidelines​
• Release product and finished goods
• Other duties as deemed necessary

Requirements

• Ability to perform, record inspections and observations accurately, prepare, present records and reports and observe safety precautions and regulations such as GMP's
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to evaluate quality control and quality assurance statistics
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
• Must be able to work in a warehouse/manufacture setting
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time'Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs
• Must be able to handle strong odors
