Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team in New Jersey! Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions to align business and IT objectives
• Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and data mapping documentation
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve systems and workflows
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and working with technical teams on integrations or APIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
