Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions to align business and technical teams
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet defined requirements
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and data mapping

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or data analysis is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
