What You\'ll Do: Make outbound calls to update or reengage customer accounts Follow up with tradeshow and web leads Assist customers with quotes, orders & service Help Sales Specialists stay organized and responsive Use CRM and internal tools to maintain account info What We\'re Looking For: Friendly, team-first attitude Strong communication & phone skills Organized, reliable, and eager to learn Computer-literate (Excel, Outlook, Google Docs helpful) Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
