Job Description
Description:
- Comprehensive document review for business integrity and vendor responsibility
- Prior experience with NYC Procurement/Contracting- Vendor Name Checks (VNC) responsibility determinations and MOCS Passport system (highly desired)
- Brief/Summarize all issues contained in the VNC memo
- Communicate with vendors to request timely/appropriate response to VNC issues
- Legal Research & Writing
- The selected consultant is required to maintain confidentiality regarding all work performed for client.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Admission to the NYS Bar
- One year of satisfactory US legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar.
