Bartender

About This Role

The Bartender interacts and collaborates with the Clients, Colleagues, and Management teams to ensure exceptional experiences. Energy, enthusiasm, reliability, and passion for the work, the people and the customers are key to achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities may Include:

• Prepare and serve variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic
• Interact with guest in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area at all times
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Handle cash transaction and process payments accurately
• Set up and break the bar area for events
• Partner with teammates throughout the organization to drive operational efficiency and excellent customer experience
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• One-plus years of experience working an event and/or bar setting required
• Previous experience working in a catering, banquet, or restaurant setting preferred
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and familiarity with standard drink recipes
• Must be 21 or older

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to stand or walk for eight (8) hours or more in a fast-paced environment requiring movement
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) language skills a plus
• Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
• Active Food Handler’s Permit and RBS Certification required
