TPW LLC is seeking a full-time Community Service Technician to join our team serving residential communities throughout the Stratton region. This is a year-round position with a variety of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly home inspections
• Complete light maintenance and repairs
• Light groundskeeping and seasonal property maintenance
• Trash and recycling collection
• Package delivery
• Assist homeowners with maintenance-related requests
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related trade is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, year-round position
• Starting pay: \$20.00\$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
