METAL GRINDER

Join Our Manufacturing Team! Are you detail-oriented, safety-focused, and skilled at working with metal fabrication equipment? We're looking for a dependable Metal Grinder to help produce high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

$1,000 sign-on bonus paid in three monthly installments Earn additional $200 every 4 weeks in a Safety & Attendance Reward Program

Two Shift Available:

1st Monday - Friday 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM/1:30 PM 40 - 44 hours per week 2nd Monday - Thursday 1:30PM - 12:00AM/1:00AM 40 - 44 hours per week ($1.50/hour shift differential).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grind, smooth, and finish metal parts to specifications
• Remove weld splatter, burrs, and surface imperfections
• Operate hand grinders, pneumatic tools, and related equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Read and follow work instructions and production drawings
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use hand and power grinding tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work and communicate well with others
• Ability to follow instructions
• Legible handwriting

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

Physical Demands This position requires constant standing for 8 – 12 hour shifts, pneumatic and electric powered hand tools and the ability to lift up to maximum of 50 lbs. consistently.

Working Conditions The employee is exposed to an environment where hearing protection, eye safety, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. During warm & humid weather, employee is exposed to higher heat risks due to ambient temperature along with generated heat from equipment.
