Construction Estimator (Elk Grove Village, IL) Analyze job bids and specifications to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Request and review estimates from subcontractors. Adjust bids due to changes by engineers or clients. Prepare and modify, if necessary, construction estimates for management in order to submit bids and plan, organize and schedule construction projects. Maintain database of past costs to estimate costs of current and future projects.
