The opportunity:
The MRO Materials Coordinator position is responsible for the proper handling of the flow of materials and goods. The main duties, include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, proper storing of parts and materials, picking, packing, and shipping orders on time in accordance with order receipts. In addition, the position is responsible for recording and posting all goods movements in the ERP system, thereby ensuring high data and inventory quality. Monitoring material availability and ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and process requirements to guarantee a smooth supply to internal and external customers.
The primary tasks:
- Inventory management & control, coordinating the storage and inventory management of parts and materials to maintain accuracy and availability by location, quantity and recording in ERP system.
- Operate daily tasks for the receiving, inspection, and accurate processing of incoming parts and materials, for inbound shipments for transportation accuracy. Inspect and communicate all required information, research, and complete all complex receipts of incoming material.
- Identify, document, and report quality, safety, and compliance-related occurrences in accordance with applicable company procedures, including supporting documentation, photographs, and required entries in ERP system.
- Process MRO daily operations tasks of timely picking, packing, and shipment of customer and internal orders in accordance with order requirements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate recording and processing of all inventory transactions and material movements to and from production, within the ERP system per FAA, EASA, RSQM and all other related guidelines for MRO processes.
- Prepare outbound shipments in accordance with DOT, A4A, in accordance with applicable company procedures.
Qualifications:
We are seeking an MRO Materials Coordinator who can identify with the description below:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational training or equivalent professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant Warehouse experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and forklift experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills, Quantum experience a plus
