The Role

The Material Handler / Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, tracking, staging, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment for telecommunications construction projects.

This position is ideal for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and equipment.

• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for field crews and job sites.

• Load and unload trucks and shipments safely.

• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material transfers.

Organization & Inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking.

• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation.

• Monitor stock levels and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and properly labeled.

Safety & Operational Support

• Follow TCE safety standards and warehouse procedures.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when trained and authorized.

• Coordinate with Construction Managers and field personnel regarding material needs.

• Assist with equipment tracking, warehouse documentation, and daily operational tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Need to Be a Fit

• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.

• Telecommunications or construction industry experience is a plus.

• Basic computer skills for inventory management and tracking.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Must reside locally in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area.

Work Schedule

Part-Time | Monday–Friday

Flexible hours based on warehouse activity and operational needs.
