DISTRICT- WIDE
CERTIFICATED SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
ON-CALL/AS NEEDED BASIS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate. Required
- Ability and desire to work with students and families from a diverse cultural, social and economic background. Required
- Must be willing to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom order.
- Must be willing to use the Red Rover substitute system.
- Working home or cell phone required.
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age. Required
REQUIREMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT:
A background check through the FBI and WSP. Toppenish School District require Emergency Substitute Teachers to complete one-day training before being assigned.
