Laser/Punch Operator

Operate and set up cutting, punching, and press machines for metal and plastic manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include configuring machine settings according to production specifications, loading materials, monitoring operations, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout production. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and report defects or malfunctions promptly. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, maintain accurate production records, and adhere to company policies regarding workplace safety and cleanliness. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, follow detailed instructions, and handle tools and materials efficiently is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with metal or plastic fabrication is preferred.
