UI/UX Developer - Active TS/SCI with FSP Location: Chantilly, VA Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site Salary Range: $190,000 – $220,000 Description We are seeking a UI/UX Developer to support mission-focused work. Shapes the visual design, interactive architecture, and user experience of software applications through human-centered research, prototyping, and modern frontend implementation. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP). Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow mapping to translate stakeholder needs into intuitive designs.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems, and component libraries.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces across web and digital applications.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to align design vision with technical execution.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• User Research
• Wireframing
• Design Tools
• JavaScript & TypeScript
• HTML & CSS
• Front End Technologies (React, Next.js, etc.)
• Color Theory & Grid Systems
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required.
• Must work on-site in Chantilly, VA.
