Country Nissan is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Service Coordinator / BDC Representative to join our growing Service Department!

No automotive experience necessary! We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service department phone calls.
• Schedule and confirm customer service appointments.
• Contact customers regarding upcoming and missed appointments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with service department scheduling and daily operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and management to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Help maintain customer retention through consistent follow-up.

✅ Qualifications

• No automotive experience required - we will train you!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
