General Superintendent

The General Superintendent works closely with project managers, customers, and field personnel to resolve operational challenges, maximize productivity, and ensure successful project execution. This role also involves mentoring field leadership, maintaining accountability, and promoting a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty rigging, heavy lifting, and field operations, with a proven background in supervising multiple crews and managing projects simultaneously. Must possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry safety standards, rigging procedures, and crane operations. NCCCO or NCCER certifications are preferred.

​​​​​​​Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineered lift plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, coordinate manpower and equipment, manage project schedules, and ensure safe and efficient project execution. Must have experience working closely with project managers, customers, and field personnel while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, quality, and accountability.
