Bedding Production Associate

TKO StaffPros is hiring dependable and motivated Production Associates to support daily operations at a bedding manufacturing facility in Verona, Mississippi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in completing tasks efficiently, and are comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.

Employees will assist with the production of bedding products through various assignments, including product assembly, machinery operation, material movement, and general production support. Team members must be prepared to perform different duties throughout the facility and adapt to changing production requirements.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate initiative, maintain consistent attendance, follow instructions, and contribute positively to a team-focused workplace. A willingness to learn and the ability to meet the physical demands of manufacturing work are essential for success in this position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in the assembly and manufacturing of beds, bedding products, and related materials.
• Operate production machinery and equipment while following established operating procedures.
• Handle, transport, and position materials to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Perform regular lifting, carrying, and other physically intensive production activities.
• Assist with additional manufacturing tasks and work assignments as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and production guidelines.
• Keep assigned workstations and production areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards.
• Complete production assignments accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality expectations.
• Support coworkers and supervisors in achieving daily manufacturing objectives.
• Remain flexible and available to assist in various production departments as needed.

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse work, or production labor is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle frequent lifting and physically demanding job responsibilities.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Capable of learning new procedures and transitioning between different production assignments.
• Ability to maintain a consistent work pace in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and adhere to safety requirements.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a cooperative attitude.
• Willingness to contribute to a team and assist wherever production needs arise.

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
• Shift: First Shift.
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Location: Verona, Mississippi.
