  • Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, technical guardrails, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and Architecture Decision Records.
  • Lead architecture governance forums, solution-design reviews, technical intake processes, architecture review boards, and executive-level architecture briefings.
  • Ensure architectural decisions align with organizational strategy, technology roadmaps, cybersecurity requirements, business priorities, delivery plans, and operational outcomes.
  • Maintain the enterprise architectural runway, ensuring that near-term product and platform investments advance longer-term modernization objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into architecture roadmaps, technical enablers, epics, features, stories, non-functional requirements, and measurable implementation outcomes.

  • Establish automated DevSecOps practices for CI/CD, testing, security scanning, infrastructure automation, configuration management, monitoring, and continuous compliance.
  • Apply Zero Trust, identity and access management, encryption, secrets/certificate management, API security, vulnerability management, and applicable cybersecurity and privacy requirements

Agile Delivery and Cross-Product Coordination

  • Partner with product, engineering, security, data, operations, and business teams to translate architecture into prioritized epics, enablers, features, non-functional requirements, and release plans.
  • Manage cross-product dependencies and balance feature delivery with modernization, cybersecurity, technical-debt reduction, resiliency, and operational sustainment.
  • Define architecture performance measures covering interoperability, data quality, reliability, delivery, technical debt, and modernization progress
