About the Role

We are looking for a strong Technology Lead / Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. You will work across the full stack - backend microservices with Java/Spring Boot and modern React frontend - while incorporating AI capabilities and following Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development of Spring Boot microservices and cloud-based solutions
• Build and maintain high-quality React frontends
• Apply AI concepts in application development
• Work in Agile teams with clear, effective communication
• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications

Must-Have Skills

• Java & Spring Boot (strong hands-on experience)

• React

• AI exposure / experience

• Microservices architecture & Cloud platforms
• Agile methodology

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Minnetonka, MN

A technically strong full-stack engineer who can own both backend (Spring Boot + microservices + cloud) and frontend (React) work, bring AI awareness, and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
