About the Role
We are looking for a strong Technology Lead / Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. You will work across the full stack - backend microservices with Java/Spring Boot and modern React frontend - while incorporating AI capabilities and following Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development of Spring Boot microservices and cloud-based solutions
- Build and maintain high-quality React frontends
- Apply AI concepts in application development
- Work in Agile teams with clear, effective communication
- Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications
Must-Have Skills
• Java & Spring Boot (strong hands-on experience)
- React
• AI exposure / experience
- Microservices architecture & Cloud platforms
- Agile methodology
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Minnetonka, MN
Ideal Candidate
A technically strong full-stack engineer who can own both backend (Spring Boot + microservices + cloud) and frontend (React) work, bring AI awareness, and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
