Dexton, a Timberline Pallet Company | Full-time, salaried | $65,000–$75,000, bonus eligible
Reports To: Owner / President
Status: Salaried, Full-Time / Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday / 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as required)
Do you like running a shop floor where you can see the results of your work every day? Timberline Pallet is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead Dexton, a Timberline Pallet Company, in Rock Island. We build custom crates and pallets that keep our customers' products safe on the move, and we need a leader who can turn orders into on-time, quality shipments.
Dexton has a history of custom pallet and crate manufacturing as well as tri-wall and other corrugated products. Dexton became part of the Timberline Pallet Company in early 2026 and continues to evolve. In 2027 we're adding a new pallet machine that will significantly expand capacity, and we need a leader who can bring it online and grow the team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leader who can manage the day-to-day while also focusing on growth and innovation opportunities.
You'll report directly to ownership and play a key role in running the plant: lead the team, keep production on track, and make the process better.
