Server - Winter 2026-2027

Position Summary

The Lodge Server is responsible for providing polished, attentive, and consistent food and beverage service to Three Forks Ranch guests.

This position prepares dining areas, serves meals and beverages, anticipates guest needs, maintains a clean and organized service environment, and works closely with the culinary and lodge teams to ensure every meal is executed professionally.

Reports To

Food & Beverage Manager or designated supervisor

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare dining rooms and service areas before each meal.

· Set tables according to Three Forks Ranch standards.

· Greet guests warmly and provide attentive professional service.

· Accurately communicate menus, ingredients, and meal details.

· Serve food and beverages correctly and efficiently.

· Monitor tables throughout service and anticipate guest needs.

· Clear and reset tables promptly.

· Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining and service areas.

· Follow all opening, closing, side-work and, cleaning responsibilities.

· Communicate guest requests, dietary needs, and service concerns promptly.

· Assist with room service, special events, outdoor meals, and other lodge dining needs as assigned.

· Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communicate at all times.

Qualifications

· Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.

· Strong guest-service and communication skills.

· Professional, polished, and dependable.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to remain clam and attentive in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service items safely.
