ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advises on modernization elements across all three offices - internal control documentation automation, budget-formulation tooling, RPA pilots, and integration with federal FM systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP
- 10+ years federal financial systems (Oracle Federal Financials, Momentum, CGI Momentum, or CBS)
- RPA (UiPath) and workflow automation experience
- A-130 / ATO process familiarity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active clearance
- Prior work on iBudgetFlow, Unison PRISM, or Oracle EPM Cloud
- Experience integrating RPA with A-123 control documentation workflows
