You'll work side by side with our Project Managers on planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting, and you'll see projects through from preconstruction to closeout. This is a great opportunity if you want broad, hands-on project management experience and a clear path to grow with a company that invests in its people.

What You'll Do

Prepare for and take part in all relevant project meetings
Manage project reporting
Help develop project documentation
Track project issues and keep the Project Manager informed
Prepare project closeout documents and internal work documents
Provide administrative and office support to the project management team

Problem-Solver: You find patterns in incomplete information by asking the right questions. You separate facts from assumptions and turn information into practical, decision-ready recommendations.
Agile: You're hands-on and comfortable switching between working on your own and collaborating across teams, and you help the people around you succeed. You do well in a multi-site, matrixed environment, adjust your style to your audience, and want to grow with the company.

Why Therma?

Work on complex, high-impact projects across a wide range of market sectors
Gain experience across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout
Learn from experienced Project Managers in a collaborative, team-first culture
Grow your career across Therma and the broader Legence family
