Agile: You're hands-on and comfortable switching between working on your own and collaborating across teams, and you help the people around you succeed. You do well in a multi-site, matrixed environment, adjust your style to your audience, and want to grow with the company.

Why Therma?

Work on complex, high-impact projects across a wide range of market sectors
Gain experience across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout
Learn from experienced Project Managers in a collaborative, team-first culture
Grow your career across Therma and the broader Legence family
