Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to keep our sales team running smoothly. You’ll be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see. Behind the scenes, you’ll manage samples, deliveries, orders, and records so our team can focus on selling. If you’re organized, dependable, and happy to jump in wherever you’re needed, we’d love to meet you.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 2816 Center Port Circle, Pompano Beach, FL 33064

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
• Monday–Friday, 8am-4pm (with a working lunch) or 7am-4pm (with a one-hour offsite lunch)

Your Contribution to Universal Tile and Marble:

• Answer and route calls, take messages, greet and host visitors
• Organize, label, inventory, and ship samples
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, track shipments
• Buy small local orders and supplies
• Enter orders, monitor status, update customers and staff
• Maintain paper and digital files, logs, and spreadsheets
• Cover for absent or overloaded team members

Requirements:

• 3+yrs of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service
• Highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal (English)
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency in Excel

Universal Tile and Marble's Contribution to You:

• $62k+/yr! (based on experience)
• PTO - 5 days after 1 year, 10 days after 5 years, 15 days after 10 years
• Paid major holidays
