Tour Guide / Admissions Assistant Needed
About the role: Lead facility tours and support the enrollment process at our educational center.
Key duties
- Conduct scheduled and walk-in tours
- Present program information and answer parent questions
- Log inquiries and tour attendance
- Follow up with prospective families by phone or email
- Support front-desk and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Clear, confident communicator
- Organized and punctual
- Passes background check
