• Sort and stack clean dishes; ensure they are stored properly.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, including taking out the trash and cleaning floors.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature levels and detergent supply.
• Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs to management.
• Help with basic food preparation tasks as required. **Qualifications:**
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items up to 50 pounds.
