Build Your Future With Us
Are you looking for a summer internship that provides real-world experience in construction, operations, and the materials industry?
The Rasmussen Group is seeking motivated students who are eager to learn, gain practical experience, and contribute to meaningful projects throughout the summer. Through our internship program, students may be placed in one of three operating areas based on their interests, experience, and business needs:
Construction Field Engineering
Work alongside project managers, operations leaders, yard crews, and welders while supporting construction projects through a combination of field and office responsibilities. Gain experience with project documentation, field measurements, scheduling, production tracking, and construction operations.
Ready-Mix Operations
Learn how concrete is produced, dispatched, and delivered by working with plant operators, quality control personnel, drivers, dispatch teams, and operations managers. This internship provides a blend of field and office experience while exposing students to logistics, production, quality control, and customer service.
Aggregate & Quarry Operations
Gain exposure to the production of the materials that build our communities. Work with quarry managers, plant operators, and production teams while learning about inventory management, quality control, production planning, equipment utilization, and operational performance. This role includes both office and field experience within active quarry environments.
Regardless of your assignment, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real-world projects, and gain valuable exposure to the construction and materials industries.
