About the role

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support its Office of the CTO. You'll coordinate strategic engineering initiatives and new technology builds, working across engineering, product, architecture, data, AI, corporate IT, security, compliance and business teams. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who gets results through influence rather than direct authority.

What you'll do

• Coordinate execution of technology initiatives and new technology builds

• Turn priorities into actionable plans, milestones and coordinated workstreams

• Track dependencies, risks and issues, and escalate where needed

• Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, project plans and status reporting

• Support Agile delivery: planning, ceremonies, retrospectives and backlog coordination

• Coordinate workstreams involving data platforms, analytics, cloud and AI-enabled solutions

• Support program governance, including responsible AI alignment

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners

• Use AI tools to improve documentation, planning, status reporting and risk analysis

• Identify process gaps and help standardize program management practices

What you'll bring (required)

• 5+ years in program, project or technology delivery management supporting technical teams

• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders

• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority

• Working knowledge of the SDLC and Agile practices

• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, cloud or enterprise technology environments

• Clear communication of technical topics to technical, business and leadership audiences

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

• Willingness to convert to permanent employment after 3 months, if offered

• Ability to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday at one of the locations above

Preferred

• Healthcare or healthcare technology experience

• Familiarity with AI/ML, generative AI and responsible AI practices

• Experience partnering with security, compliance or governance teams

• Experience using AI tools for user stories, documentation, status reports or program analysis

• Experience supporting data, analytics or AI engineering teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or a related field
