What You'll Do

Peer-to-Peer Education & Speaker Bureau

  • Lead the strategy and execution of innovative Peer-to-Peer (P2P) education programs and HCP engagements, in close partnership with Medical Communications (MedComm) and external agencies.
  • Build and manage a National Speaker Bureau, collaborating with clinical experts and agency partners to identify, contract, and develop KOL speakers.
  • Spearhead the annual Speaker Bureau training program, ensuring all contracted speakers are trained compliantly and on-label.
  • Identify and champion new formats for effective peer-to-peer engagement.

• Congress Strategy & Execution

  • Own the organization's presence at national and regional medical congresses, from strategic planning through on-site execution.
  • Coordinate all congress activities, including booth design, digital and print assets, scientific presentations, content development, and HCP engagements.
  • Define and report on success metrics.

• Cross-Functional Partnership & Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary brand liaison to the MedComm Agency of Record, managing the relationship and ensuring high-quality, on-strategy deliverables.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs to ensure all programs are executed compliantly and aligned with brand strategy.
