Commissary Manager

Pizza Oven is a family-owned and operated establishment since 1956. We pride ourselves on employee and consumer appreciation and the highest quality food and services. The successful candidate for our Commissary Manager position will help maintain Pizza Oven's strict standards in product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and complete discretion of our recipes.

The candidate must have:

• The ability to direct staff using strong communication skills as well as take direction from head manager.
• A commitment to teamwork, positive attitude, and professionalism.
• The capacity to lift at least 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day
• Complete weekly ordering- effectively ordering product with a balance of having enough and limiting waste
• The ability to maintain a clean and organized work space
• ServeSafe certification recommended but not required

Must be willing to work a set schedule, five days/ week 40-45hours (includes some weekends and holidays.) Must be minimum of 18 years or older

MUST HAVE A VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE & VEHICLE
