Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Usual Responsibilities

• Manage space layout and material flow to support production schedules.
• Track shipping accuracy and on-time delivery metrics.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged goods issues.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff across shifts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams on material needs.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct regular safety walkthroughs.

Recommended Qualifications

• to 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or continuous improvement training.
• Experience with barcode scanning or RF systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• CDL or powered industrial truck trainer certification.
• Associate or bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain, or business.
