Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Ann Arbor region seeking Warehouse Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates - not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Usual Responsibilities
- Track shipping accuracy and on-time delivery metrics.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged goods issues.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Schedule and supervise warehouse staff across shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
- Coordinate with production and purchasing teams on material needs.
- Enforce safety rules and conduct regular safety walkthroughs.
- Manage space layout and material flow to support production schedules.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- to 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean or continuous improvement training.
- Experience with barcode scanning or RF systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards.
- CDL or powered industrial truck trainer certification.
- Associate or bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain, or business.
