Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

This posting covers Recruiter opportunities with manufacturers based in and around Marquette in Marquette County, within about 45 minutes of the city, including Gwinn, Ishpeming, Negaunee, and K. I. Sawyer.
The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Marquette region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates - not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Usual Responsibilities
- Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reference checks and verify work history.
- Extend offers and support new hire onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for hard to fill manufacturing positions.
- Attend job fairs and community hiring events.
- Source and screen candidates for production and skilled trades roles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on job boards and company career pages.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with OFCCP and equal employment opportunity practices.
- Associate or bachelor degree in human resources or business.
- Experience hiring for skilled trades such as welding or CNC.
- Knowledge of pre-employment screening and background checks.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
