Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with multiple companies in the Otsego area seeking experienced Quality Inspectors. These organizations value long-term fit and look for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Usual Responsibilities
- Document defects and flag nonconforming parts for review.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues.
- Maintain calibration records for inspection tools and equipment.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished goods against drawings and specifications.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other hand tools to measure parts.
- Record inspection results and complete inspection reports.
Recommended Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inspection reports.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or similar certification.
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines or optical comparators.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality systems.
- Experience with GD&T.
- Knowledge of statistical process control.
