Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with multiple companies in the Gladwin area seeking experienced NPI Engineers. These organizations value long-term fit and look for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Usual Responsibilities
- Develop process flows, fixtures, and tooling for new assemblies.
- Run root cause analysis on defects found during ramp.
- Support production teams during first builds and handoff to volume.
- Report project status, risks, and readiness to management.
- Lead new product introduction projects from prototype through production launch.
- Coordinate builds and track issues through pilot and validation runs.
- Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation and work instructions.
- Work with design and quality teams to resolve production problems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience supporting new product introduction or manufacturing launches.
- Working knowledge of process validation and root cause tools.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and bills of material.
- Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
- Hands on experience with production equipment and assembly processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
- Familiarity with quality systems in a regulated environment.
- Project management experience or certification.
- Experience with CAD software and fixture design.
- Background in a high volume or precision manufacturing setting.
